What happens after the first month?
Your plan continues at $59 a month, GST included, charged to the card you signed up with. That covers hosting, security, your domain while you are subscribed, and changes through the assistant.
Can I see a design before I pay?
No. Every site is designed from scratch for one business, and that work starts once you sign up. The showcase is the best guide to what you will get: eleven concept sites for eleven different kinds of business, built by the same process that will build yours.
If something in your design is not right, tell the assistant and it changes it.
Can I take my website to another host?
No. Your website is built for and hosted on the Digisurge platform, and it cannot be exported or moved to another host. We say this up front, and again before you pay.
What is yours to keep: your domain is registered to your business, and your logo and brand pack are handed to you to use anywhere.
Who owns the domain?
Your business does. A .com.au domain has to be registered to an Australian business, so we register it in your business name using your ABN. If you already have a domain, you can connect it instead.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Prices include GST and every payment comes with a tax invoice from Digisurge Pty Ltd, ABN 14 647 066 368.
