Gush Plumbing & Gas
Plumbing and gas, Marrickville NSW
The concept
“The Open House”
Plumbing problems hide behind walls and under floors, and Gush promises the opposite: the price agreed first and the parts already in the van. So the home page opens an Inner West semi like an x-ray. Tap whatever’s wrong to see what’s probably going on and book that exact fix, all in Gush blue and the hot-orange splash off the vans.

What is real here
The design, the code and the words were all made by the Digisurge process. The business, its people, prices and photos are fictional. The photos are AI-generated atmosphere.
The brief
What the owner asked for.
The brief this concept was built from, answered as its fictional owner would. The business is made up. The questions are the ones every customer answers.
- Goal
- Calls and job requests
- Customers
- Inner West Sydney homeowners and renters with a leak, blocked drain or no hot water; landlords and strata managers; small cafes and shops.
- Tone
- Friendly, fast, straight-talking. Makes a stressful leak feel handled.
- Likes
- Bright, friendly and bold: a punchy blue that isn’t corporate, a hot accent colour, custom illustration, chunky friendly type, clever little animations (water flowing, a spinning tap). Feels like a modern consumer brand, not a tradie template.
- Never
- Navy-and-white corporate plumbing sites, stock photos of plumbers with thumbs up, clip-art spanners and water drops, cream or beige, serif fonts.
- Services
- Blocked drains Hot water Leaks and taps Gas fitting Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
