Stonewashing takes the stiffness out of new linen before it reaches you, so it is soft from the first use and keeps softening. Linen dries faster than cotton and leaves no lint on glasses.
Clare chose the three colours to sit together: oat, moss and charcoal. Buy one, or one of each and tie them with twine.
