01 · Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free within Australia on orders over $150. Under that, standard shipping is $10. Express is $18 on any order.
Where do you ship from?
We are an online-only label based in Byron Bay NSW. Our pieces are made in Sydney.
02 · Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return pieces that are unworn and still have their tags on.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@saltwaterswim.example with your order details and what you would like to send back, and we will reply with the next steps.
Can I swap for a different size?
Email us first. Because we make in small runs, we will check what is available in your size before you send anything.
03 · Sizing
What sizes do you make?
Women's XS to XL (AU 6 to 16) and men's S to XXL. The bucket hat comes in S/M and L/XL.
How do your pieces fit?
Most are true to size. The Pass and the Headland crop are snug by design. Our size and fit guide has a note for every cut.
04 · Materials and care
What are your swimsuits made from?
Recycled nylon. Every swimsuit, bikini, trunk and boardshort is cut from it and sewn in small runs in Sydney.
How do I look after them?
Rinse in cold fresh water after every swim, then dry flat in the shade. Skip the dryer and keep them out of hot tubs where you can.
