The questions everyone asks

First-class nerves are normal. Here are straight answers to the things people wonder before they book.

Q.01I've never done pilates. Will I keep up?

Yes. Foundations is built for first-timers and returners, so the pace is friendly and everything is explained. Nobody expects you to know the moves.

Q.02How many people are in a class?

Never more than twelve. We have twelve reformers and every class is capped at twelve, so your instructor always has room to help.

Q.03What should I wear?

Fitted, comfortable activewear you can move and stretch in. Loose clothes can catch on the springs and straps.

Q.04Can I do reformer while I'm pregnant?

Our Prenatal reformer classes are designed for expecting mums. Check in with your doctor or midwife first, then tell us how far along you are when you book.

Q.05How early do classes start?

Weekday classes start from 5.45am, and weekend classes from 7am. Ask us for the class that fits your morning.

Q.06Who teaches the classes?

Every Pulse instructor is comprehensively trained in pilates, so you get clear cues and smart options from your very first class.
