Knowing what happens next makes a first appointment easier. Here is how it runs, from booking to walking out with a plan.

100°Specialist care

Three clinics with a sharper focus.

Some problems need a specific set of tools. These run alongside general physio, with the same team and the same way of working.

Running injury clinic

See your stride, then fix it.

Video gait analysis shows how you actually run, frame by frame. We pair it with strength and load testing, then build a return-to-run program that brings your kilometres back safely.

  • Video gait analysis
  • Return-to-run programs
  • For road, trail and river-loop runners

Post-surgical rehab

Knee, hip and shoulder, after surgery.

We work with Brisbane surgeons and follow your surgeon's protocol stage by stage, from early range of motion through to strength, so stairs, work and sport stop being something you think about.

Good questions, straight answers.

Anything else, call the front desk. We'd rather you ask than guess.

Do I need a referral?

No. Physiotherapists are first-contact practitioners, so you can book directly without seeing your GP first. If you have a referral or scans, bring them along.

Can I claim on private health?

If your extras cover includes physiotherapy, yes. We have HICAPS in the clinic, so your rebate is processed on the spot and you only pay the gap.

How late can I book?

We see people until 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, and on Saturday mornings. Full hours are at the bottom of this page.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable you can move in. Shorts are handy for knee, hip and running assessments, and a singlet or loose top for shoulders and neck.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem and your goals. You'll get an honest estimate at the end of your first visit, and our aim is always fewer appointments, not more.

Do you see people after surgery?

Yes. We rehab knee, hip and shoulder surgery and work with Brisbane surgeons. Bring your surgeon's notes or protocol to your first visit.
