Set 02Small-group strength

Coached. Programmed. Capped at ten.

Small-group strength is the engine room of Ironclad. Up to 10 people, a coach, and a program that runs in 6-week blocks so every session builds on the last.

First-timers and experienced lifters train in the same class. The bar is the same. The weight on it is yours.

  • 10People max per class

  • 1:1Induction before your first class

Four weeks. Women coaches.

A beginner course for women who want to learn to lift properly. It runs for 4 weeks, coached by women, from the very first rep.

No experience needed and no ego in the room. Finish the course knowing your way around a barbell, ready for a class or open gym.

Set 05Questions

Before your first class.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Members here range from first-timers to powerlifters. Everyone starts with a one-on-one induction, and the weight on your bar is set for you, not the person next to you.

How big are the classes?

Ten people at most. That's the cap, every class.

What's the women's lifting intro?

A 4-week beginner course coached by women, for women who are new to lifting.

When are classes on?

The timetable is on request. Call us or send the trial form and we'll send you the current times.

How much does it cost?

We don't list prices online. Ask us and we'll walk you through the options once we know how you want to train.

Your first class is free.
