Still on ceramic fuses?
Plenty of older homes on the coast still run on ceramic fuses with no safety switches. A modern board protects the people inside, not just the wiring. It's the job we do most.
- 1
Main switch
One switch to turn off the whole house, clearly marked so anyone at home can find it in a hurry.
- 2
Safety switches (RCDs)
Cut the power in a fraction of a second if current leaks to earth. WA requires at least two when you sell or rent.
- 3
Circuit breakers
They replace fuse wire. When one trips you reset it, with no fuse to rewire by torchlight.
- 4
Labelled circuits
Every circuit named, so you know what each switch does before you need to.
Twelve years on every job we do.
We stand behind our workmanship for 12 years. If something we installed isn't right, we come back and make it right.
It's the same promise whether we've replaced a whole switchboard or a single power point.

No surprises, start to finish.
- Step 01
Call or send a request
Tell us what's going on. Power out or a safety worry inside our area? We aim to be there the same day.
- Step 02
Fixed quote, no call-out fee
You get a fixed price before any work starts. Coming out to take a look doesn't cost you a cent.
- Step 03
On time, as booked
We turn up when we say we will. If anything changes, the office lets you know first.
- Step 04
Tested and tidied
Everything is tested before we leave, and the place is left cleaner than we found it.

Already have solar? Add a battery.
If your panels send most of their power to the grid in the afternoon, a battery lets you use it after dark. Battery retrofits are now a big part of our work.
We're accredited solar and battery installers, and we'll walk you through which rebates apply before you commit to anything.
- WA Residential Battery Scheme: up to $1,300 off for Synergy customers, based on 10 kWh
- The battery must be able to join a Virtual Power Plant
- No-interest loans of up to $10,000 for eligible households
- Federal rebates may also apply on top
Rebate details from wa.gov.au, checked October 2026. Amounts change, so we confirm them on your quote.

Started by Dan in 2014. Still run by family.
Dan spent 10 years with a large commercial contractor before starting Coastline Electrical. He wanted to do the work properly, close to home, for people he'd run into at the shops.
Today it's four licensed electricians and an apprentice, with Dan's wife running the office. The reputation hasn't changed: we turn up when we say we will, and we leave the house cleaner than we found it.
