Why the driveway helps

Everything a nervous dog hates, left out

A busy salon can be a lot for a worried dog. Grooming in your own driveway takes the scariest parts out of the day before we even pick up a brush.

Senior dogs

Old dogs still love feeling fresh

Older dogs deserve a clean, comfy coat as much as anyone, but car trips and long waits can be hard on them. Grooming at home keeps the trip short: about as far as the end of your driveway.

We're experienced with senior dogs. Tell us about sore hips, cloudy eyes, hearing or anything else when you book, and we'll plan the groom around them.

What to tell us when you book

The more we know before we arrive, the calmer the visit. Pop these in the message box on the booking form, or tell us when you call.

  1. Name, breed and age

So we know who we're meeting, and roughly how big a cloud of fur to expect.

  2. What worries them

Dryers, feet, strangers, being lifted, the sound of clippers. Nothing is too small to mention.

  3. Health things

Sore joints, skin trouble, eyesight or hearing, or anything your vet has flagged.

  4. Their last groom

How it went and how long ago, so we know where we're starting from.
