Clean, bright and citrusy.

That unmistakable leaf. Sharp and floral.
Pandan
Sweet, nutty and green.
Tamarind
Sour and dark, with a little smoke.
Thai basil
Aniseed and pepper. The house herb, obviously.
Chilli
For the brave. A little heat to match the food.

Spicy food wants a cold beer. The bar pours local beers, ready to put out a chilli fire or start a long night.
