Harbourline Property was founded in 2012 by principal Kate Morrow. Today we are an agency of twelve, selling and managing homes in five suburbs between the harbour and Military Road.
No. 02How we began
It started with one idea: tell people the truth.
Kate Morrow opened Harbourline in 2012 believing that owners deserve an honest appraisal, even when it is not the number they hoped for. That belief still shapes the first conversation we have with every owner.
We have grown to a team of twelve, but we have kept our patch small: Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Cremorne Point and Balmoral. It means we know the streets and the buildings, and it lets us run a campaign quietly when an owner asks.
On the property management side, the idea is just as simple. When a landlord or tenant calls, someone answers.
