7.3What we're known for

Blondes that grow out as well as they go in.

Halo is known for three things: lived-in blondes, balayage and colour corrections. Here is how we approach each, and what it costs.

Balayage and lived-in blonde

From $240

Hand-painted blonde that melts out of your natural root, so the grow-out looks deliberate rather than overdue. Every balayage includes a toner to set the tone and a blow-dry to finish.

Colour correction

Quoted after consult

Brassy, banded, patchy, or simply not what you asked for. Every correction starts with a free 15-minute consult, so you get an honest plan and a clear quote first.

8.0The free consult

Start with fifteen minutes, on us.

Good colour starts with a conversation. Book a free colour consult and talk it through in the chair, under the studio light, before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Tell us the story

Bring photos of what you love and what you don't, and tell us what's been on your hair before.

  2. 02

    See it in the light

We look at your hair, its condition and its history, and talk honestly about what's possible.

  3. 03

    Leave with a plan

You walk out with a clear plan and, for corrections, a quote. No charge for the consult.

10.0The colour we use

Vegan, ammonia-free, and still seriously bright.

Every shade we mix is vegan and ammonia-free. For us that's part of doing colour properly, not a badge on the door.

Ask about it at your consult and we'll talk you through exactly what goes on your hair, and why.

  • Vegan colour
  • Ammonia-free
  • Bond-building treatments from $45
